TaylorMade R11 Driver VS TaylorMade R9 SuperMax Driver

TaylorMade R11 driver
The first thing you’ll notice about the R11 driver is its white crown. By designing a driver with a black face and a white, matte-finished crown, TaylorMade is trying to create a more distinguished head to help golfers align the club more easily. What features the TaylorMade R11 driver most is the Adjustable Sole Plate (ASP) Technology, Flight Control Technology (FCT) and Moveable Weight Technology (MWT). ASP Technology helps golfers adjust the face angle easily, which is controlled by FCT. With the three technologies, golfers have 48 ways to set up the club to promote up to 100 yards of side-to-side trajectory adjustment, which offers the golfers forgiveness and added distance and speed. So this is a driver for a serious golfer who is looking to gain more distance from their driver. The TaylorMade R11 driver is designed with a new, modern-classical clubhead shape intended to suit the eye of better players, while still providing forgiveness and confidence for average players.

TaylorMade R9 SuperMax driver:
The R9 SuperMax was introduced by Taylormade in 2010. R9 is all black and ultra forgiving with a focus on distance and ease of use. Because of the deep and low center of gravity, R9 owns high MOI and high launch. The shallower face and larger head allow a large sweet spot and confidence at address. What makes R9 driver special is the use of Flight Control Technology, which helps the head to be adjusted to 8 different positions altering trajectory and direction by changing the loft, lie and face angle. With the light weight of 287g, you can swing with added speed and more overall distance.
